2022-23 Season: Dramaturg, Antony and Cleopatra

Since receiving an MFA in Theatre Studies from Columbia University, Scheckner has worked as a director of arts administration and served as a freelance dramaturg to dozens of productions in NYC and the Bay Area. This is her fifth collaboration with director Elkhanah Pulitzer, including serving as dramaturg to the Los Angeles Philharmonic reimagining of John Adams' Nixon in China in 2017. She is currently Director of Education & Artist Programs at BAX/Brooklyn Arts Exchange, a professional and educational incubator for artists working at the intersection of performance and social justice.
