Pickens, Phillip

Tenor

Phillip Pickens has been a part of the tenor section of the San Francisco Opera Chorus since 2004. Before moving to San Francisco, he lived in Chicago where he performed in opera, theater, musical theater, and commercials. He spent a year playing the role of Tony Whitcomb in the comedy who-done-it, Shear Madness, America's longest running non-musical. Originally from South Carolina, he received his musical training and degrees from the University of South Carolina and Florida State University.
