Welcome in the 2025-26 Season with an evening to remember!

Walk the red carpet into San Francisco’s historic City Hall. There you’ll be greeted with a festive cocktail reception before enjoying an enchanting dinner crafted by local chefs, served in the splendor of City Hall's stunning rotunda. After dinner, you’ll walk across the street to experience the opening night performance of Verdi’s masterpiece Rigoletto conducted by Music Director Eun Sun Kim.

After the curtain falls, end the night with an after-party back at City Hall, where you will be swept up in a swirl of dancing, delights, and excellent company!

This celebration of the start of a thrilling new season directly supports San Francisco Opera and San Francisco Opera Guild’s artistic and education programming.

• Performance + After Party

  Join us in the Balcony Circle for the first performance of the 2024–25 Season, Verdi’s Un Ballo in Maschera (A Masked Ball).
  
  Following the cries of “bravi!” you’ll head to the after-party that is the toast of the town! Dance away the evening to live music, or spend time in the lounge with libations, bites, and excellent company. The evening will feature Lavay Smith & Her Red Hot Skillet Lickers.
